- ✦ Frenum is a fibrous band of tissue that may attach from the inner portion of lip to the gums. Most of the time frenum attachment is a normal entity unless the attachment is very high causing restricted lip and tongue movement, gum recession and feeding problems in infants
- ✦ Tethered Oral tissue (TOT) like frenum can cause Lip Tie, Tongue Tie and Cheek Tie.
