Extraction of infected teeth with immediate implantation is now done confidently using the photo-acoustic effect of YSGG to decontaminate implant sites. RCT with YSGG ensures thorough debridement and disinfection of canals, achieving a 99% success rate. Chronic lesions are addressed more confidently in our practice now.
